2023 DBYC Bay Regatta

December 16th & 17th 2023

All classes welcome with a yardstick between 60 and 130.

Two sailing sessions on Saturday (16th), one will be a hike across the Bay while the other will be short course racing, a lunch break in between. Following sailing, the club will come alive and presentations will be held.

Sunday will be a fun day, with whole club sailing in the morning and a Xmas BBQ early afternoon.

Accommodation/Camping

No camping is permitted at the yacht club. There are a lot of options for accommodation close to the club. These include a caravan park; The Dunsborough Lakes Holiday Resort, Air BnB, apartments and holiday homes.

Volunteers

Events like this can’t be run without amazing volunteers. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering on a support boat, the start boat or for a shore-based role, please contact petewags1@gmail.com

Facilities and Catering

Friday: The Clubhouse and facilities will be open from 3:00pm on Friday. Friday afternoon and evening will see the bar open.

Saturday: Gates will open at 8am. Shower and club facilities will be open all day and evening.

Xmas Festivities will commence from 5pm. This is a separate function, please book through the DBYC website.
